Dylan met his new friend, Isabella, on Friday. He tried to teach Isabella some tricks of the baby trade like crying, spitting up and winning everyone over with a great big smile. Isabella was having none of it! She was too comfy snoozing in the bouncy seat or being cuddled in her Mommy and Daddy's arms. Dylan did whisper in my ear that she is quite the cutie pie.
Dylan is a music fan. A sure fire cure for the blues is when someone sings to him, especially Mommy. He is in seventh heaven now that he has discovered the Old MacDonald button on the exersaucer. Daddy accompanies the tune with some hand clapping and there are plenty of smiles coming from the little guy. Dylan rocks back and forth with excitement after about the sixth or seventh repeat of Old Mac. Mommy finally got the little guy to a sing-along this week. Dylan loved rocking on Mommy's lap and staring at all of the toddlers. Who knows maybe we have a rock star in the making! Dylan certainly has the lungs for it.
