Scarlett Comes to Town

Dylan had a blast reconnecting with Scarlett on Friday. Although we have been keeping updated through her blog, it was still amazing to see how the little babies have transformed into little people.

Is Snow Supposed To Be Fun?

Dylan was able to express his opinions about snow during our ski weekend in Vermont. I was so excited and couldn't wait to take him sledding. Dylan was of a different mind after enduring the countless layering of winter apparel and stiff snow boots. He simply stood statuesque with tears dripping down his face while I made a clown out of myself rolling in the snow. As you can see, the sled was no better and after working up a sweat pulling him around, I decided to capture the moment and quickly head indoors. Supposedly we are going to try him in skis next year. Good times...

Holiday Are All About Family

This Christmas was so much more enjoyable for Dylan because he was the star of the family gatherings. He adored having his cousins, Nicholas and Madeline, sleep-over. He trooped to Rockafellar Center and saw the tree with the other zillion tourists and went out to dinner two nights in a row. In fact, he had more energy than the rest of the family during our dinner in Little Italy. Of course, the endless rounds of high fives with Nick and carolers at the table were great stimulation for the little guy.
